Well lets see. I moved to Campbell River BC, been here since June. I have only thrown the ball maybe 4 times this summer, and bowled league last night for the first time since april. considering i havent really been bowling, i avg 179 last night in the womens league. I officially suck on oil!!... i havent seen my ball do this much of nothing since before college bowling when i threw it like a rocket!!.. and they dont even put out that much, but guess what, my ball almost never had any recovery time.... i get to bowl friday night ( i think) this week, lets hope i can improve that average... :-/
other than that, i havent done anything exciting except for getting married and moving... i miss home very much, but i dont miss the heat.... until next time.... :)
So i subbed tonight for this really nice old guy who was sick, so i bowled with his cute grandson... its a doubles league, and its hdcp (which i hate!!) but we both bowled well above average... he avgs about 180, and i avg about 215 in that league.. tonight, he avg 220, and i avg 238 for 3 games.... i threw the ball half decent, and still scored... thats the bliss of house shots lol you can miss left and right, still hit the pocket, and carry most of the stuff to leave easy spares... OHH I DIDNT MISS A SINGLE SPARE 2NITE, EVEN IF I DIDNT LEAVE MANY TO BEGIN WITH LOL i think its the first time in a long time ive been clean the whole night!! haha
other than that.... everything else in my life is just going... i get to see ryan in 34 days, and we're getting married in 69!! OMG!! yea so thats it for now :)
Where to begin... Well, as of Mar 23, I will only have 49 days till i see the LOVE of my life, and just 85 days till im his wife!!... YEAAHH!! Bowling has been ok for me... Ive been bowling Monday, Tues and Thurs nights, but I was thinking of not showing up Monday night so I can take a night to myself to do what i want instead of just bowl... Tues has been a lil better... the shot has just been horrible at Rodeo, glad i'm not paying for it lol.... Thurs night is the ONLY night i honestly look forward to bowling... I get to bowl with my old college teamie, and a good friend, gil... AND we're so far winning the last third, and the only way we will actually cash is if we win a third (which is a MUST NEED TO DO!!) Shot 947 2 weeks ago for 4, and 843 last week.... so im avging over 200 for the whole league on these sport patterns.. nooooot bad!! :-D

Mar 29- Working, Mar 30- Bridal shower
April 5 & 6, SJBC On the hard shot
April 12- Working, April 13- Challenge Match (ohh its gonna be good!!)
April 19- My bridal shower, April 20- NOTHING
April 26- Working, April 27- Trios w/ Jason Tehee and Ivan.....
This last week in league was a much better perfomance i must say... Tues i shot 665 which is good considering i am avging 190 in that freakin league... grrr.... but then Thurs, the Classis Draft league, i threw the ball absolutely amazing, and finally got rewarded... we bowl 4 games on a diff pair each game, and its the "PBA Experience league" right.... so we're bowling on the Cheetah (i think i figured it out lol)... shoot 217-193-247.. and im thinking, cool!... gonna shoot 800 finally on this pattern (for 4 games...) the next game, first one went a lil high, so i move, and then the next 11 were solid flush and carried everything!!... yeep shot 290... im very proud cuz i threw the ball great, and carried and i havent shot an honor score that counted in almost a year and half or so.... no, 2 years i think!.... crazy stuff huh!... im just happy i threw the ball that well, and i figured out what the hell i was doing wrong on the pattern.... i was tring to spin it too much esp with my speed... i stayed up the back it some more and look, the ball moves!! lol...
i think thats it for 2nite... no tournaments comin up soon, just 2 in April and then im done bowling tournies for awhile... :-D
Well i bowled again 2nite, 588... i make it look so hard on a house shot i swear!... i left waay too many freakin 10 pins, and they werent wraps or clanks... they were flush! gRRrrRR I missed 2 spares 2nite... bucket and the 2-8 (hate them both!!)
I am finally gettin my spare ball fixed... thumb is all cracked out :( pumped!... (love my pink target zone!!) gotta bowl league thurs on the "cheetah"... def doesnt play like it.... havent shot over 800 for 4 on that damn pattern yet... and its suppose to be highest scoring pattern? please....
